All Shipments are discreetly packaged – no mention of the nature of the product or website on the outside of the package.
Design Turnaround
No Proof – We typically design, print and ship within 1-2 business days.
Pre-Proof – We typically design, print and email you the proof within 1-2 business days. Be sure to check your junk mail folder for our email. You must REPLY to the proof email with approval or changes within a week. If we’ve not heard back from you within that period, we will print and ship the product using the design specified on the order form.
Custom embossed dies or seals can take an extra 2-3 business days. You’ll be notified on your quote email or from the designer if extra time is required.
